Living in the Sunset East Neighborhood

Located on the southwest side of town, Sunset East in Livermore offers residents a charming luxury lifestyle. Wide tree lined streets with well-maintained homes throughout this neighborhood invite you in with a great sense of arrival. This development was started in 1968 and finished in about 1973.  The size of these homes ranges between 1000–2300 sq ft of living space and are on lot sizes that range from 7,000-10,000 sq ft. This neighborhood has no home owner's dues.

Sunset East borders Robertson Park with over 120 acres. Robertson Park has barbecue pits, picnic tables, horseshoes, sports fields, and hiking and biking trails. This is also home of the famous Livermore Rodeo! Living on the westside gives commuters easy access to freeways 84 and 580 yet, downtown Livermore and the wine country are minutes away. 

Children living in the neighborhood attend Sunset Elementary, Mendenhall Middle School and Granada High School.
